All these products have in common that it is difficult and time consuming to count them manually. Either they are irregular shaped or they are very light or very small. Because of this, the quantification of these parts by weight comes up against limits. The Bagmatic small parts counting machine is especially suitable for counting such parts precisely in small to medium quantities piece by piece. Important applications of the Bagmatic small parts counting machine are the repetitive, exact counting of a preselected number of parts or the conventional determination of the 1000 grain weight according to ISO 520. We also offer seed counter machines for companies With the Bagmatic small parts counte , parts with diameters from 0.3 mm to approx. 18 mm can be counted. All sizes can be processed with same adjustable conveyor bowl. Different feed containers for differently sized products are not required. The Ultrawaage US-5500 is a major improvement to the counting and weighing system of the US-5000. On the connected sorting table there are lamps on the compartments for the putty parts to be loaded. US-9000 Ultra-scale net scale & counting unit

The Ultrawaage US-9000 is both a net scale and a counting unit. It can be easily connected to the T-1000 industrial packaging machine and then works inline. The US-9000 is particularly suitable for small and / or difficult to separate parts that have to be packed. The US-9000 is ideal for the precise counting of filler parts, which can also be linked together and therefore cannot flow through a part counter. That is why the vibratory bowl feeder offers optimum speed when filling. If the weight of the filled parts approaches the predetermined target weight, the filling speed slows down so that the filling weight deviates only minimally from the target weight. Weighing takes place with a tolerance of up to 0.45 g deviation from the set target weight. If you increase the target weight with the tolerance, you achieve that the desired number of parts is at most exceeded, but never undercut. Therefore suitable the US-9000 is perfect for light and small parts that cannot be counted on a typical net scale.

Pick-and-place machines – reliable and efficient

A pick-and-place machine consists of independent components that must all work together smoothly. A placement head mounted on a moving gantry collects components on a conveyor belt and moves to the placement position on the PCB for precise component placement. The process route between the component carrier and the PCB requires a non-negligible proportion of production time. The faster and more often this route has to be traveled, the faster the product can be manufactured. Another important component is the component chuck. Components now come standard in tapes and rolls. You can think of them like old film reels. A small pocket on the belt holds the components, and perforations at the end of the belt allow for precise shipping. This conveyor spreads the belt so there is always a component ready to be picked up by the placement head.

Pick and Place Machines

Pick and place means to pick up a part and place it in a specific position and orientation. For example, it is used to sort products for downstream processes or to place them in trays so that downstream automated machines can better handle the parts. These parts often arrive via a conveyor and sometimes return to the conveyor. Pick and pack is a variation of pick and place in packaging where the placement motion is modified to place parts into totes, cartons or boxes. PPP – Pick, Place and Pack – Some say that the terminology in this area is not standardized. In the industrial world, pick and place refers to the process of taking a product out of storage and placing it in another location.
