An efficient semi or fully automatic packaging process saves time and money. With the packaging systems from Bagmatic, you can not only “bag” your products quickly and easily, but also the inline printing of numbers, letters, logos, QR or barcodes as well as the label printing on the packaging itself in the same step. Our packaging technology offers a dual system (dual packaging system technology).
In the first step, you can have your small and individual parts as well as your kits precisely packaged in bags by the T-1000 industrial machine. To further increase efficiency, you can combine several of the T-1000s into one module. In the second step, the individually sealed bags are automatically filled into prefabricated boxes by the BF-4000 carton filling system.

Each bag is filled carefully and quickly. Thanks to the integrated print, each individual bag can also be printed with different information. Some of our customers already know the basic functions from the packaging table machine T-300.
